He began his career in the youth ranks at Gillingham. During his time with the Gills, he gained valuable experience through loan spells at Deal Town, East Grinstead Town, and Sittingbourne.
In 2020, he joined Dover Athletic, where he made 34 appearances in the National League over two seasons.
Following his release from Dover, TJ signed with Chelmsford City. After a stint with the Clarets, he moved to Welling United in July 2023.
An international for Antigua and Barbuda, he has earned 10 caps for his country.
