Biography

Sam, 19, joined the Stones just weeks before the start of last season following his release by Queens Park Rangers where he spent time as a scholar. He became an instant fans’ favourite with his strong box-to-box style midfield play. He also proved to be a very capable right-back when he was required to cover there during a mini injury crisis. He played more games than any other player last season, appearing 49 times and scoring eight goals.
