Biography

Maidstone United are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Nathan Harness ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Harness began his football journey in the academies of Ipswich Town and later Stevenage, before stepping into senior football with Dunstable Town.

He turned professional with Charlton Athletic in 2019, where he made one league appearance and featured in several EFL Trophy ties – including a notable clean sheet in a 1-0 win over MK Dons.

In June 2023, Nathan joined MK Dons on a free transfer, showcasing his ambition to compete for a starting berth at Stadium MK. While first-team opportunities were limited (with one League Two appearance), he had loan spells at Gateshead, Wealdstone and Southend United.
