The 24-year-old striker began his career in New Zealand, playing for Onehunga Sports and Waitakere United during his youth, before joining Auckland United in 2020.
Redfearn made headlines during a prolific spell at Auckland, scoring 43 goals in 91 appearances.
He moved to Welling United in October last year. Despite a challenging season for the Wings, Redfearn managed to find the net seven times in 28 appearances.
