Raphe Brown: Mistaken Identity Claim upheld

At a meeting of the Football Association’s Regulatory Commission today, the Members considered a Mistaken Identity Claim lodged by the club after Raphe Brown received a second caution during the Boxing Day match against Tonbridge Angels.

From the evidence adduced, the Regulatory Commission ruled that this was an instance of Mistaken Identity.

The second caution has been revoked, along with a one-match suspension that was due to be in place this weekend.
