This partnership will see Cuxton 91 use the Gallagher Stadium for their home fixtures for the next two seasons, with the possibility of extending the agreement for a third year, running through to May 2028.

Cuxton 91 will benefit from the stadium’s state-of-the-art facilities on their match days, including the FIFA-approved 3G pitch, changing rooms, medical room, and spectator amenities.

Director of Operations Bob Gouldson said: “We are delighted to welcome Cuxton 91 to the home of the Stones for at least the next two seasons. It’s a win-win scenario for both clubs, with Cuxton benefiting from the Gallagher Stadium’s facilities, while we get to add to our fixture schedule – virtually guaranteeing a game here every Saturday throughout the season.

“Alongside the groundshare, we are also exploring development opportunities for young players within our highly successful academy, under-23, and under-18 squads.

“Thank you to everyone at both clubs for all the work that has gone into getting us to this stage, and we look forward to a successful partnership in the months ahead.”

Cuxton 91 FC were founded in 1996 and play in the NRG 24HR Gym Kent County Football League Premier Division. They are in fourth place going into this weekend’s fixtures, with games in hand on the teams around them.

The Gallagher Stadium is a 15 to 20-minute drive from Cuxton, with easy access via the M2 and A229. The village’s train station is on the Medway Valley Line, with the service stopping at Maidstone Barracks – a ten-minute walk to the ground.

As part of the groundshare arrangement, Maidstone United, as the licensor, will have priority for all first-team league and cup fixtures.
