There’s your biological age and then there’s your wellbeing age. Your wellbeing age gives you a snapshot of how your body is doing right now.

It’s a powerful tool that helps you make smart, personalised choices to boost your health and feel your best.

Introducing FitStones: Habits for Health

This 12-week course is built on solid science and real-life experience. At the start, you’ll take a personalised wellbeing assessment.

It looks at key health markers like smoking habits, blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, and sleep.

These give a clear picture of your current wellbeing.

Your journey to better health

During the 12-week programme, you’ll learn how to take charge of your wellbeing through small, daily habits. These are based on four key areas:

  • Mindset
  • Nutrition
  • Movement
  • Lifestyle
See your progress

At the end of the programme, there will be another wellbeing assessment so you can see how far you’ve come.

The goal is to help you build lasting habits that make a real difference in your life.

When and where

A personalised wellbeing age assessment will take place on Thursday 4 September at the home of the Stones.

That will be followed by 12 sessions on Thursdays between 11 September and 27 November.

Kick off at 18:00 and you’ll be on your way home around 20:00.
