During the season, the stadium is available to hire on Friday evenings and the package covers:

• State of the art 3G surface (renewed during summer 2024)
• Home and away changing rooms
• Match officials’ changing room
• Access to the seated Manchett Stand and Town End covered stand
• Access to the Spitfire Lounge
• Access to a catering concession (subject to minimum numbers)
• Access to a turnstile(s), operated by the hirer
• Access to public address microphone
