The Boxing Day derby between Maidstone United and Dover Athletic will take place on Friday 26 December, with an earlier kick-off time of 1.00pm.

It was originally scheduled for 3.00pm but following discussions with safety authorities, the clubs and National League have agreed to bring the kick off forward.

This marks the Stones’ first home Boxing Day fixture since 2013, when goals from Zac Attwood, Alex Brown, Frannie Collin, and Ashley Miller secured a 4-0 victory over Margate in the Isthmian Premier Division.

The match will be all-ticket for both home and away supporters. Tickets will not be available at the turnstiles, so please ensure you purchase in advance when sales soon.

Season ticket holders already have their admission secured. All other supporters must buy tickets via Fanbase ahead of match day.

Visiting fans will be located in the south-west corner of the stadium, with access via Turnstiles 1 and 2 (main car park). The away ticket link will be available on Dover Athletic’s website in a week.

Stones fans will have access to the rest of the Gallagher Stadium, with entry via:

• Turnstiles 3, 4, 5, and 6 (main car park)
• Turnstiles 8 and 9 (James Whatman Park, opposite the café)
