The partnership, which runs for at least the next three seasons, brings together tickets, events, club news and more in one easy-to-use platform.

Through the Fanbase app, on tablet or desktop, Stones fans can stay connected 24/7. Tickets can be purchased in just a few clicks and added to Apple or Google Wallet for quick and simple match day access.

The platform’s launch will coincide with the renewal and sale of season tickets for the 2025/26 campaign. Match tickets will go live shortly after the fixtures are published in July.

Maidstone United Operations Director, Bob Gouldson, said: “We are looking forward to working with Fanbase on this new ticketing platform, with all the features it offers.

“For every football club, ticketing is a massive part of our business and it helps to generate the income that puts a team on the pitch and a lot more besides. We went out to the market earlier this year, spoke to various clubs during the season and, from all that, Fanbase emerged as our partner of choice.

“A lot of work is going on right now to get everything in place to launch the platform and with it our season ticket offer for next season.”

Fanbase offers more than just an improved fan experience. For the club, it provides tools to better understand and engage with supporters. With detailed insights and streamlined communication features, the club can track performance and connect more effectively with fans

The platform also introduces new commercial opportunities. Integrated sponsorship placements in the app’s newsfeed, match centre and automated emails create fresh ways to link club partners with fans, while enhancing the overall supporter experience.

Head of Growth at Fanbase, Jerome McCarthy, said: “I’m extremely excited to announce that we have partnered with Maidstone United. Bob, Ian and the team conducted a thorough research process when deciding on a new partner and it’s great to see our traction in the National League is paying off.

“The team are set to take the fan experience to another level and we’re looking forward to supporting them every step of the way.”
