Some FAQs based on telephone calls during the past week…

Can we sit where we like on the day?
No, all tickets will have a reserved seat number.

Can I bring another supporter’s season ticket so we can sit together?
Yes, that’s absolutely fine. In the scenario where you bring one other season ticket, you can purchase up to four. Two will be charged at the discounted rate, two at the standard rate.

Can we choose where we sit?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Seating blocks must be sold in a particular order and only once a block is sold out can we move to the next one. Each sales desk will be allocated a series of seats from the block that’s on sale.

What are the arrangements for wheelchair users?
As mentioned above, we have 13 pairs of wheelchair and carer tickets included in the club’s allocation. Wheelchair users will be charged at the relevant age band, with the personal assistant free of charge.

How many tickets can I buy when the general sale starts?
We will announce that after the season ticket holder priority sale ends.

Can we buy tickets online?
Unfortunately, not. We have physical tickets to sell and these must be presented on the evening for scanning at the away entrance(s).

Are there hospitality tickets available?
We had requested an allocation of hospitality tickets but unfortunately that wasn’t doable. All away tickets will be seated in blocks 6 to 11.

Can I get an priority ticket with a youth membership pass?
Unfortunately, not. This is an ID card, not a season ticket.

Is there parking on site?
Parking can be purchased at www.cbsarenaparking.co.uk/event, subject to availability.

We cannot make the game, will you be showing it at the Gallagher?
Yes, we will be showing the match, which is available on ITV4 and ITVX, on the big screen in the Spitfire Lounge. Doors will open at 18:30, ahead of the 19:45 kick off.
